Develop and implement individualized Speech Language Pathology treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab team members
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and facility standards
Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license in Florida (or ability to obtain - relocation support available)
Experience in SNF, inpatient rehab, or outpatient physical therapy preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply - clinical mentoring provided!)

Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
