Laboratory
Schedule: Part time, 24 hours per week | hours are asynchronous and may be flexed
Under general direction, performs and interprets a variety of high complexity laboratory tests in one or more sections of the Cytopathology laboratory to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Initiates delegated tasks based on demonstrated competence in performing laboratory activities for patient population served.
Prepares specimens for analyses according to specifications.
Maintains equipment and instruments in good working order, and ensures appropriate levels of supplies and reagents are on hand.
May perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Assists in the proficiency testing program in the lab.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education

Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Cytotechnologist (CT) (International Included) - American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
FUTURE - Cytotechnologist (CT) within six months (International Included) - American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
