We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with over 10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes, including mediations and arbitrations when necessary.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations, ensuring the utmost professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, including case management, billing, and client communication.
Collaborate with a team of paralegals, case managers, and attorneys to ensure effective and efficient case handling.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- 8+ years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in handling high-value motor vehicle accidents.
