Picker/ Packer Warehouse Part-time

As a Picker Packer in our Ecommerce Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business-to-consumer operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare grocery orders for shipment to our valued customers. You will work closely with a team of dedicated individuals to ensure the smooth and timely fulfillment of online grocery orders, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Accurately and efficiently pick grocery items from designated storage areas based on order requirements.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of each order.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Assist in restocking shelves and rotating inventory as needed to maintain freshness and product availability.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any order-related issues promptly and professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Previous experience working in a grocery store, warehouse, or fulfillment center is preferred.
Familiarity with grocery items, including perishable goods and food safety practices, is advantageous.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate warehouse management systems and handheld devices.
Ability to be flexible in dealing with various obstacles and changes.
Ability to use tools and equipment, including but not limited to knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
This job is performed in a production environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors.

Employment Type: Part Time.
Work Hours: 9am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Available to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.
Available to work overtime as needed.
