Warehouse Associate
Job Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. This role supports the flow of goods through the warehouse and ensures that shipments are accurate, timely, and handled safely. Duties & Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including domestic, international, and palletized shipments
Receive and inspect inbound inventory; Put away inventory and perform transfers between locations
Conduct routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
Strive for 100% error-free execution in all shipping and receiving functions
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse by organizing supplies, restocking, sweeping, and trash removal
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet stackers, and forklifts
Use basic computer applications for shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
Communicate clearly and promptly with warehouse colleagues and other departments
Qualifications Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Warehouse experience preferred but not required
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and email communication
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using warehouse software systems (WMS, ERP)
Knowledge of international shipping processes
Physical & Environmental Requirements Frequent standing, lifting, reaching, and bending throughout the shift
Warehouse environment with exposure to standard equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers
Additional Requirements Fluent in English (written and spoken)
