Full-time Driver Merchandiser

Work Days/Shift Hours: Full Time / 5 Day Work Week -2 Days Off / 5am - until route completed

Class A CDL Driving Experience Required, must be 21 years of age or older, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience Preferred

Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $31.38 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

If you're ready to take on the responsibility of transporting and replenishing the shelves with some of the most sought-after beverages in the market, this role could be for you!

Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards

Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers

Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments

Pick up company property and secure company assets

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old

Clean Driving Record

Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations

Minimum 1-year of general work experience

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience

Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program

Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
