Client/Customer Support Rep

Position Summary The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) is seeking a full‑time Donor Services Representative located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The role reports to the Donor Services Supervisor and focuses on providing donor customer service and processing donations.
Responsibilities Receives and processes incoming cash and check contributions from internal sources and mail, including scanning check images for processing.
Verifies donor information for accuracy and creates new donor records within the donor database system.
Identifies proper account assignments and contribution designations, calculates and balances batch totals.
Reviews and verifies data entry completed by other Donor Services Representatives and corrects errors as needed.
Completes batch cover sheets and runs batch edit reports.
Processes online credit card and e‑check donations while adhering to established verification and batching procedures.
Researches and verifies donor information to resolve questions or unclear contribution designations.
Communicates with donors via phone and email to assist and resolve inquiries.
Maintains Donor Services records and filing systems.
Updates the donor database by adding new records and modifying existing donor information as necessary.
Serves as backup support for the Donor Services Supervisor, including daily and month‑end responsibilities such as posting batches, preparing monthly credit‑card batches, and processing weekly online contributions.
Qualifications High school graduate.
2 years of college preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
