Flexible schedule

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care and supervision of care in accordance with the clients’ plan of care.

Responsibilities: Perform In-Home Consultation at client's home

Conducts initial and ongoing assessments

Create initial and maintain ongoing Plan of Care of the client’s needs

Conduct 30-day calls and 60-day client visits

Perform initial and annual HHA case orientation, clinical supervisions, and competency review

Must be able to communicate promptly with DON and staff

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university

Must be licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse

Must have a minimum of one year of experience in home health agency or in a hospital setting

Must be familiar with CAHC Accreditation Standards
