Home Work Staffing seeks an Overnight Newborn Care Specialist in McLean, VA to care for a newborn son starting around December 6, 2026. The role is overnight, 10:00pm-7:00am, with 45 guaranteed hours across 5-7 nights weekly.
Live-in or live-out arrangements are available to fit the family’s needs. Ideal candidates have in-home newborn experience, preferably a Newborn Care Specialist or doula background, and can show 3-5 professional references.
