\Creates a positive internal and external customer experience \n
Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor \n
Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles \n
Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded \n
Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor \n
Ensures Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan; Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment \n
Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards \n
Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness \n
Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures \n
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs \n
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends \n
~ 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience \n

• n Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect \n
Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures \n
Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards \n
Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards \n
Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day \n
Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store \n
Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures \n
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs \n
Possesses excellent customer service skills \n
Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs \n
Retail customer experience preferred \n
