Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Patient Care: Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill or unstable patients in the ICU.
Assessment & Monitoring: Continuously assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene as necessary to stabilize and improve patient health.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with all hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Emergency Response: Quickly respond to medical emergencies, applying advanced nursing skills and techniques in critical situations.
Educate patients and families on post-care procedures, discharge plans, and follow-up care.
Quality Care: Uphold the hospital's commitment to high standards of care, patient safety, and clinical excellence.
Current RN License in the state of Ohio.
Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred; however, new grads with a strong clinical background will be considered.
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred.

Additional certifications such as CCRN (Certified Critical Care Nurse).
Experience with advanced ICU technologies and equipment.
Prior experience in a high-acuity ICU setting.
