Security Officers - Full-Time (Night Shift)

Schedule: Friday to Sunday | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer for a residential apartment community in Denver. This overnight position focuses on maintaining a safe, quiet, and well-managed environment for residents while conducting regular patrols across the property.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, attentive, and able to balance security responsibilities with a customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine foot patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
Maintain a visible presence to support safety and discourage unwanted activity
Interact with residents in a respectful and professional manner
Address minor disturbances or concerns in line with community guidelines
Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or property damage
Complete detailed daily logs and incident reports
Follow all post orders, site instructions, and company policies
Communicate updates or concerns to supervisors as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to obtain a Guard Card through Citadel Security USA
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay alert and work independently during overnight hours
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Experience
At least 1 year of security experience
Experience working in residential or customer-facing environments
Familiarity with patrol duties and report writing
Work Environment
Residential apartment community with regular resident interaction
Primarily foot patrol with continuous movement throughout the shift
Overnight schedule requiring consistent awareness and attention
