ZZ's Club is hiring an enthusiastic Host/Hostess for our new location! A private membership club that originated in Miami, ZZ's Club is an exclusive, modern social space designed for those individuals who appreciate the highest caliber of culinary, hospitality and entertainment. Runs the floor plan board.
Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at the host area.
Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience.
Experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferred but not required
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
- Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Proficient or ability to learn computer skills including POS systems, OpenTable, Word and Excel.
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance with Company subsidy
