Live In Caregiver - Morning/Evening/Live-In Shifts

Job Description Live-in HCA/CNA caregiver position available on Orcas Island, Washington. We welcome applications from caregivers in Arlington and nearby areas. Schedule: Saturday morning to Tuesday morning.

B’zoe Care is a locally owned and operated Homecare company seeking to provide caregiver support to our community. We strive to provide any support needed to assist our clients to be as independent as possible while maintaining the highest quality of life. We provide many services but tailor ourselves to meet our clients’ needs. The licensed caregiver will provide compassionate and attentive care to the client, ensuring safety, well-being, and comfort. The role involves assisting with daily activities, monitoring health, and transporting to appointments and activities.
Assistance with Mobility
Provide stand-by assistance to prevent falls.
Personal Care
Help client with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with oral hygiene routines.
Health Monitoring
Provide contact guard assistance to prevent falls.
Nurse delegation course/training is required.
Provide medication assistance.
Light Housekeeping
Companionship
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Accompany the client to medical appointments.
Provide ongoing visual supervision for safety.
Regularly check on well-being.
Ensure client is using all necessary adaptive equipment and mobility aids at all times.
CNA/HCA Certification
COVID-19 Vaccination Proof
S. driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle; First Aid Certificate
Food Handler’s Permit
Valid Photo ID, Social Security card, and proof of authorization to work in the US if not currently a US Citizen
Flexible schedule
Shift Availability
Day shift: Monday – Friday
Evening shift: Monday – Friday
Evening & Weekend (as needed)
Compensation for this position will be provided hourly and may vary depending on factors such as work experience, location, length of shift, and type of facility. Please note that applications with missing or incomplete mandatory credentials will automatically be placed on hold until all required documentation is submitted and verified.

Valid CPR & First Aid Card

• Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card
• TB Test Result (PPD, Chest X-ray, or Quantiferon Gold) – required if working in a facility
• HCA or CNA License, or proof of completion and pending status
• Proof of Valid Car Insurance, if driving a client
• Proof of Completion of an HCA or CNA Program, if your license is not yet active
