The psychologist conducts classroom observations and gathers data from teachers, parents, and support staff.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies is required.
Data-based decision-making strategies are utilized to improve student outcomes.
Support for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions is important.
Assisting with professional development and staff training initiatives related to student support is required.
Understanding of child development, learning theory, behavioral supports, and mental health practices is important.
Strong data analysis and report-writing skills are essential.
A commitment to educational equity and student-centered decision-making is expected.
Physical abilities include traveling between assigned campuses as needed.
