Schedule: Full-time hours (40 hours/week) during our hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm and Saturday 8am-5:30pm

- Your Role as a Retail Cashier
As a Retail Cashier, your day revolves around providing exceptional customer service and operational support. Collecting customer information and checking out customers' merchandise using a point-of-sale system
Handling and bagging customers' merchandise and coordinating assistance for loading customers' products
Directing customers to Inside Sales Associates if they have questions or need help selecting products
Answering customers' questions over the phone, providing sales quotes for future purchases, and researching product and inventory
Keeping a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and work areas (fronting, pricing, and stocking sales shelves when not assisting customers)
Participating in store events (physical inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, special sales, etc.)
Previous retail or customer service experience
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
Good communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email
The ability to work Saturdays
Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
