Seeking Bartenders for our new Mission Valley location.We will be hosting a hiring event on August 12th and 13th.Candidates selected to move forward will be contacted with additional event details, including interview time and location.

The Stand isn't your average fast-casual restaurant. Our bars are a big part of what makes The Stand experience special, and we need bartenders who bring the energy, the craft, and the personality to match.
We're looking for an outgoing, guest-obsessed Bartender who knows how to make great drinks, hold great conversations, and make every guest feel like a regular. If you love hospitality and take pride in what you pour - this is your spot.
Greet guests and take orders at the bar with genuine hospitality
Craft cocktails and beverages to spec - every time, every guest
Promote The Stand App and rewards program to keep guests coming back
Know the menu inside and out - food, drinks, specials, and promotions
Check IDs and ensure all alcohol service follows legal requirements
Manage bar inventory and keep the bar stocked and organized
Handle cash and register transactions accurately
Keep the bar and restaurant clean and sanitary throughout your shift
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Reliable - nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the deal
