RN Endoscopy – Full Time

Ventura Endoscopy Center is hiring a RN Endoscopy (Full Time). At Ventura Endoscopy Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for each surgical procedure. With 3 procedure rooms, our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty area of gastroenterology.

The RN Endoscopy is a registered nurse who provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Endoscopy provides safe, effective, and quality patient‑family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Endoscopy supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Hourly Range: $46.23 - $57.79/hour. Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current CA Nursing License

previous experience in an ambulatory surgical setting preferred

Understand principles of aseptic technique and their implementation

Ability to care for adult patients

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians and fellow employees

Strong customer service skills

Possess basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
