Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests.
Greet customers and assist with menu, product, and pricing questions.
Serve pre-packaged food items, snacks, beverages, and other concession products.
Restock concession stand inventory, supplies, and display areas throughout events.
Monitor product levels and notify supervisors when inventory is running low.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and serving products.
Ensure condiment stations, beverage stations, and guest-facing areas remain stocked and tidy.
Verify identification and follow all alcohol service policies when applicable.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment shutdown.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, menu offerings, and venue policies.
Follow all company, venue, safety, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
