Licensed Practical Nurse-Full Time- Primary Care

Central Illinois' leading provider of integrated primary and behavioral health care seeks an LPN or RN to care for patients at our Bloomington, IL, facility. Position is full-time (no nights, weekends, or holidays) with some alternating remote on call time. Help our patients to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Provide holistic health teaching for patients and their families. Act as a liaison among prescribers, consumers, laboratories, other health care providers, pharmacies, and staff to ensure continuity of care.

For both LPN and RN applicants, position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; active Illinois nursing license; basic computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, e-prescribing, and an electronic medical record; Preferably, applicants will have experience with mental health and substance use treatment. For RN applicants, some knowledge of pharmacology and possible medication side effects is also required.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $19.85 - $23.35 an hour for LPNs and $26.21 - $30.88 an hour for Nurses. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
