Our client is a healthcare organization seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter to support high-volume clinical recruiting needs. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for a recruiter with demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting licensed nursing professionals.

The Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for nursing professionals, with a primary focus on recruiting LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare recruiting, experience engaging licensed clinical candidates, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and guide qualified candidates through the hiring process.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses.

Source and attract qualified nursing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified nursing professionals.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate requirements, and hiring priorities.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.

Provide timely follow-up to candidates and hiring teams to support an efficient hiring process.

Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while meeting recruiting timelines.

2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare or clinical recruiting.

• Required experience recruiting LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses.
• Experience sourcing and screening licensed healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare recruiting and clinical candidate requirements.
• Excellent communication and candidate relationship-building skills.
• Experience working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting platforms.

This is a true contract position with an anticipated duration of 3–6 months.
