Full Time Maintenance / Some janitor shifts

Under direct supervision, performs custodial work required for the general maintenance of buildings.

The shift for these positions is 7:30AM to 4:00PM, working every other weekend with rotating days off. Occasional overtime may be available to cover absences and during peak periods of operation.

Performs cleaning in all areas of a building.

Performs cleaning of all floor areas such as vacuuming, shampooing, sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing.

Moves furniture, supplies and miscellaneous equipment; removes draperies and rugs periodically for cleaning; Performs duties in the immediate exterior of building such as sweeping sidewalks, snow and ice removal at entrances, cleaning ash pits, cleaning debris from grounds and window wells, and cleaning exterior windows.
