$200,000 student loan repayment (eligible for up to $200,000)

Work schedule : Monday‑Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (compressed schedule may be available)
Competitive pay : based on training, experience, and local labor market
Annual performance pay : up to an additional $15,000 per year

What You’ll Do
You’ll provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services, including face‑to‑face and telepsychiatry. Key functions include:
Individual psychotherapy
Crisis intervention
Psychopharmacotherapy
Consultation/liaison
Patient education
Work in a secure and dignified environment, focusing on the least restrictive approach to ensure the well‑being of patients.
