Responsibilities

Lead with compassion by providing top‑notch nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and happiness.

Collaborate with our dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions with utmost care.

Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

Participate in exciting activities that enrich the lives of our residents and create a vibrant community.

Schedule

This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All per diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Qualifications

A valid RN license in New Jersey

Experience in acute care, LTC or similar settings required

Current/active CPR certification is preferred

Effective verbal and written English communication skills

Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives

Customer service‑oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
