As a Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for coordinating service requests, prioritizing urgent calls, and ensuring technicians have accurate job details. You'll update customers throughout the day, maintain organized records, and help create an outstanding customer experience.
Competence in using multi-line phone systems and data entry tools
