Senior Recruiter (6-Month Contract)

Location: Hybrid in-office 3x week in Austin, TX
Contract Length: 6 Months
We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help drive hiring outcomes during a period of significant business momentum.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while helping raise the bar across our recruiting function.
This is a six-month contract role with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.
Own full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and deliver against ambitious hiring goals.
Proactively source and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets.
Drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes from intake through offer acceptance.
Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
Use data, insights, and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
Contribute to continuous improvement across recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.

• Experience partnering with hiring managers to solve complex hiring challenges.
• Track record of delivering hiring outcomes in environments with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Experience recruiting for technology, product, commercial, or corporate functions is advantageous.
