Quality Assurance Officers
$20 - $24 per hourLofton Security Services
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
Job Type: Full-Time
We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist I to join a growing manufacturing team in Broussard, LA . As a Quality Specialist I, you will:
Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections on products and materials.
Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and document control procedures.
Document nonconformances and communicate findings to leadership.
Complete quality forms, reports, and inspection checklists accurately.
Suggest minor process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with company quality requirements.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Manufacturing or quality experience is a plus but not required.
Moderate physical activity.
Training Provided
The selected candidate will receive hands‑on training from the Quality Supervisor, including:
Basic visual and dimensional inspections
Quality documentation and inspection checklists
ISO 9001 quality systems
Wrike software (as needed)
Overtime opportunities
