Better Buzz Coffee is opening a second location soon in the Gilbert area! Better Buzz Coffee is seeking BARISTAS to help us in our BRAND NEW LOCATION which we expect will open in October of 2026. Training will be provided in a nearby location.

You can work at least 28 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Once hired, we will train you in another Better Buzz Coffee location nearby that is already open.

- Base pay is $15.15 per hour. In addition to base pay, our team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4 per hour. Although tips can vary and are not guaranteed, our amazing customers regularly reward our team with generous gratuities for the great service and Buzz Life energy we bring every day.
