Teller / Member Service Rep

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-focused team member who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly. This position plays an important role in delivering fast, accurate service to members both in person and over the phone.

In addition to assisting members with everyday transactions and account needs, this role helps support the Call Center to ensure member calls are answered promptly. Perform teller transactions at the teller counter

Post teller transactions received through incoming mail

Answer incoming phone calls and assist members with questions

Support the Call Center Supervisor with balancing the branch ATM and cash vault

Assist members with address changes, account adjustments, and other account maintenance needs

Order Visa Check Cards and process card maintenance requests

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with members, supporting a team, and handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced credit union environment.

Previous teller, cash-handling, banking, credit union, or customer service experience preferred

Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and member transactions

Comfortable working directly with members in person and over the phone

Basic computer skills and ability to learn credit union systems and processes

Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM (7.5 hour work days) - No weekends!
