General Business Attorney
C. seeks an attorney with at least three years of law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm’s business practice.
Strong background in drafting and negotiating various types of business contracts and handling a variety of business transactions.
General corporate law experience advising private companies on corporate governance matters and other general business matters.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.
