Pharmacist Staff/ Pharmacy
$54 - $62 per hourSoliant
Job Description Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. This 13-week contract position offers a focused role dedicated to oncology and infusion patient care, handling medication orders and ensuring safety and accuracy in dispensing.
Collaborate with clinical teams to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care
Utilize Epic EMR system for order entry and documentation
Minimum of 2 years infusion pharmacy experience; Familiarity with hospital inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations
Proficient in using Epic EMR system

This contract to hire position allows a platform to demonstrate expertise in infusion pharmacy with opportunities to expand clinical knowledge in oncology medication management.
