Wellsprings of Gilbert, a premier short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Gilbert, Arizona, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our outstanding in-house therapy team. We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and return home safely.

At Wellsprings of Gilbert, you'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a collaborative environment where therapists are empowered to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. 47 - $53 per hour based on experience

Intelligent Risk Taking

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)

New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements

Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, ADL retraining, adaptive equipment training, and other treatment interventions

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
