As an RN on our ACTT team, you wont be confined to a clinicyoull be out in the community, building relationships and delivering care that changes lives. This is a deeply rewarding role for nurses who value purpose-driven work, connection, and collaboration.
Provide nursing assessments, interventions, and medication monitoring
Collaborate with the psychiatrist on medication protocols
Support individuals with medication adherence and health promotion
Deliver care in community settings, including client homes
Active, unrestricted RN or APRN license in NC or VA
Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
Mental health experience preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends)
