Field EMT (Full Time)

In this role, you'll spend quality time with patients, whether they're feeling unwell, nervous about treatment, or celebrating their discharge. Work-Life Balance: 12-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM

• Full-Time Schedule: 36 hours per week, with weekends typically off for full-time EMTs
• Weekends shifts and fill-in coverage also available
• Growing Team: 70+ EMT team members, 15+ vehicles - and counting!
• Ongoing training for both new and experienced EMTs
• Deliver high-quality patient care during transport
• Safely operate and maintain ambulances and medical equipment
• Assist with discharges and facility transfers professionally and respectfully
• Accurately document patient care

High School Diploma or equivalent, or completion of EMT training program or Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma

Current Massachusetts EMT Certification (Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic)

EMT experience
