Sales Recruiter- Full Time

As a Sales Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will center on enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, playing a direct role in Power's strategy for rapid expansion. Working closely with department leadership, you'll receive mentorship and guidance that is unparalleled, positioning you to significantly exceed our strategic hiring objectives.

Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.

Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.

Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Ability to work in office full time

Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process

Prior experience in recruitment or sales preferredOpenness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth

Base salary plus commission $90,000 - $100,000
