Conduct both standard and sophisticated clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to meticulous protocols.
Evaluate results meticulously for precision, identify any discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Record detailed documentation of laboratory procedures, provide training for new staff or interns, and help maintain high-quality standards in the lab.
Ensure a safe and sanitary working environment while complying with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
It's essential to have a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification coupled with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be achieved within one year of hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration within medical teams.
