LPN Opportunity at Forest City Hospice HouseJoin the team as an LPN at our Forest City Hospice House! PRN Night Shift (7pm-7am). We are looking for hospice licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a hospice licensed practical nurse (LPN), you'll work under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to conduct patient visits and provide routine care, while communicating with the care team, the patient and their family.
