We want someone who loves hairstyling and helping clients feel their best. You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $30.25 - $49.25/hour. This full-time position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients. As a Hair Barber and Stylist, your day will start with setting up your workstation and checking your appointments. By the end of the day, you will have helped many clients look their best and built connections within the community.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR HAIR BARBER AND STYLIST:

Active Illinois barber or cosmetology license

Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others

Availability to work weekends and nights to meet client needs

A $500 sign-on bonus, paid out after 90 days
