We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, operations leadership, and candidates throughout the hiring process. Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Engagement

Review applications and identify qualified candidates for open positions.

Communicate with candidates through phone, email, text messaging, and other approved communication platforms.

Conduct screening interviews and document candidate qualifications.

Recommend qualified candidates for hire.

Extend job offers in person or over the phone.Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to support staffing needs and hiring priorities.

Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within ATS and other recruiting systems.

Pre-Employment & Hiring Administration

Prepare and distribute pre-hire communications and offer-related documentation.

Serve as a liaison with designated drug screening and onboarding contacts.

Review and track completion of hiring requirements.

Assist with I-9 and onboarding documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Onboarding & New Hire Coordination

Assist with new hire onboarding activities and orientation preparation.

Coordinate employee start dates with operations and management teams.

Communicate with HR, Area Supervisors, QC Managers, Supervisors, and other operational stakeholders regarding onboarding progress and staffing needs.

Provide onboarding information to new hires through phone, text, and email communications.

Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications

2+ year(s) of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in a service industry. (Associate's degree in any field. (Knowledge of recruiting processes, onboarding procedures, and pre-employment requirements.

Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and online databases.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Able to collaborate and work well in a remote team setting.

Proven customer service skills with the ability to answer questions.

Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and work well with minimal supervision.
