Sign-on and relocation bonuses available!We pay as high as $75 an hour, $95,000 yearly salary on a bi-weekly basis! Our highly qualified and personally dedicated BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) combine their extensive knowledge and experience with our innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. Above and beyond Therapy BCBAs deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion in homes, schools, and our conveniently located state of the art centers.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and DutiesConduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessmentsDesign treatment plans of careSupervise and monitor the progress of behavior techniciansDesign positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individualSupervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA techniciansProvide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendationsGraph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summariesJob Requirements:Valid BCBA CertificateExperience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilitiesVehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.Manageable case loadsFree Health, Dental, vision, and Life insurance!Paid Maternity leave401K matchFlexible schedule, PTO, and paid holidaysCEU reimbursementClient materials reimbursementUtilization bonus potential per pay period (realistic opportunities - uncapped)Referral bonusScheduleMonday to FridayWeekends as neededTravel requirement:Up to 25% travelLicense/Certification:BCBA (Required)$85,000 - $95,000 a year
