Educate members on digital banking tools and services that make managing finances easier.

Build Relationships & Identify Financial Solutions

Open new accounts and assist members with a variety of financial products.

Process and fund consumer loan applications.

Make follow-up calls to ensure member satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities to help.

Support Branch Operations

Balance cash drawers and assist with end-of-day branch balancing activities.

Prepare account and loan documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain strong knowledge of Mission Fed products, services, policies, and procedures.

Participate in branch meetings, sales initiatives, community events, and business development activities.

Cash-handling experience

Experience in a retail banking or credit union environment.
