We are a multidisciplinary clinic with ABA, Speech, and OT working together in an integrated approach at our award-winning campus while enjoying various developmental activities such as aquatic therapy, social skill groups, and school readiness classrooms. At the South Austin location, we operate an accredited K-4 private school, One of the Kids Academy.

Life at One of the Kids: We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team:
Certified as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA-related experience preferred but not required.
Manageable small caseload of 5-6 comprehensive program clients (140-160 direct therapy hours under supervision).
Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays. Dedicated to serving and caring for our families.

Passionate about ABA, research, best practices, and elevating standards.
Creative, flexible, and skilled with naturalistic teaching strategies.
Salary $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience level, plus a quarterly performance-based bonus.
