As an EMT, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and documenting client health, including vitals, supporting treatment teams with crisis intervention, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and skilled in managing both emergency and routine health needs in a behavioral health care setting.

Monitor client behavior, document interactions, and report concerns to supervisors and treatment teams. Conduct health monitoring, including vital signs, and support crisis intervention. Work with nursing staff to ensure medication policies are followed. Participate actively in staff meetings, training, and treatment planning sessions. Education and/or Experience Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred./ Knowledge of confidentiality laws related to mental health and substance use treatment. Proficiency in documenting and reporting client care activities accurately.
