Job DescriptionContingent Position / Every Other Weekend ShiftsWhen you work at The Avalon of Auburn Hills, you have a front-row seat to the amazing life stories of the wisest people on earth. The Avalon of Auburn Hills is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!Provide ongoing telephone coverage.Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of deliveryPrepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staffAssist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite productsMust demonstrate excellent telephone communication skillsStarting pay $16.00/hourIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!
