Skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (weekend)

As an LVN on our skilled team, you will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the home setting. Wound care

Other skilled nursing services based on patient needs

We value flexibility and patient-centered care , so you’ll work closely with your patients to help determine visit schedules.

This role involves travel between patient visits, so reliable transportation is required .

LVNs who enjoy independence, hands-on clinical care, and the opportunity to grow their skills will thrive on our skilled team.

PRN / As-needed

Weekend availability

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Active Texas LVN license in good standing

Wound care experience preferred, but not required

One-on-one patient care

Medical insurance (BCBS), dental, and vision based on committed hours

24/7 supportive office staff

Ongoing training and skill development
