As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll diagnose, repair, and improve residential plumbing systems while helping homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions. You'll take ownership of your service calls and have a full home services team behind you to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
Service and install water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, disposals, sump pumps, ejector pumps, and related equipment.
Repair water lines, drain lines, leaks, valves, piping, and other plumbing components.
Perform plumbing inspections and identify code, safety, or performance concerns.
Obtain customer approval before completing work and collect payment when appropriate.
Complete accurate estimates, service notes, photos, and follow-up documentation.
Communicate parts, scheduling, and return-trip needs promptly to the office.
Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, materials, and truck inventory.
Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and other field teams.
Participate in required meetings, technical training, and professional development.
Previous residential plumbing service and repair experience.
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, materials, and applicable codes.
Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable presenting service options and making appropriate recommendations.
Commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work.
Virginia Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.
Ability to perform physical work in basements, crawl spaces, bathrooms, and outdoor conditions.
