The Maintenance Worker shall assist the Director of Properties and Physical Plant and the Supervisor of Maintenance and Grounds with all facets related to properties and physical plant operations.

some electrical, mechanical, and carpentry skills must maintain absolute confidentiality and privacy of information good communications skills ability to drive high school diploma valid drivers license.

promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large

promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students

include but not limited to the maintenance of the University property

maintenance of all campus buildings;

assist with moving furniture and the set up of campus events/special activities

maintenance of the fresh water and waste water systems

repair structures as needed

complete required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University
