Care for 1,900+ NICU admissions annually within a 142-bed, Level IV NICU
Work in a fully supported environment with dedicated RN/RT teams for delivery attendance, transport, and PICC services
Access comprehensive pediatric and surgical subspecialties through Arnold Palmer Hospital
Engage with complex, high-acuity cases through a renowned Fetal Care Center , including EXIT procedures and a Women's Intensive Care Unit
Academic & Professional Growth
