She Recruits is representing a hospital-employed Family Medicine opportunity in rural Louisiana, just minutes from New Orleans.

This is a brand-new facility with an expanding outpatient footprint and strong administrative support.

Compensation & Highlights:

$225K base for new grads (higher for experience)
$36K sign-on bonus
Monthly RVU productivity bonus
4-day work week
patients per day
1:6 call (unassigned ER admissions only)
26 days PTO
$3K CME + 5 paid CME days
100% employer-paid health insurance (physician + dependents)
3.25% retirement contribution
Relocation assistance
State loan repayment up to $30K/year
