SHOWROOM SALES AMBASSADOR

Summary The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales performance, and supports store standards and initiatives.
Responsibilities Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
Drive sales through client outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
Meet or exceed individual performance indicators and support store sales goals.
Coach Brand Ambassadors on customer service and relationship-building behaviors.
Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and provide feedback on category opportunities.
Contribute to a positive team environment, training, community outreach, and talent sourcing.
Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to use digital tools for customer engagement; prior selling experience using digital tools preferred.
Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business needs require.
